What is our product?
North American team
Our team in the US and Canada includes several Team Leaders, Sales Managers, Account Managers and Junior Sales Managers.
Moreover, we plan to hire 10+ new people in the coming months.
The sales team is an integral part of our organization and collaborates closely to drive the growth of our business. The key mainstream involves identifying, capitalizing and nurturing on new and existing business prospects within the B2B travel industry. This includes engaging with travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agencies (OTA) and travel management companies (TMC)
Your contribution is pivotal in growing our client base and revenue streams, as well as projecting how we can provide better opportunities and solutions to boost our customers’ business.






What you will do:
- Actively consolidate, expand and promote our new international project in the new market; US and Canada.
- As a Sales Manager, you will own the entire sales process, from prospecting and reaching out to new customers, to product demonstrations and closing deals. You will work closely with the Account Managers, who strategically cultivate and enhance the top-notch relationships with our new and existing customers.
- If you apply for a Junior Sales Manager position, we expect you to be well-prepared to handle inbound registrations, onboarding the new incoming customers and providing our platform training.
- Collaborate with the whole team to identify opportunities in the territory and develop effective strategies together.
- Leverage our product and technology to discover, cultivate, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maximize and develop API deals with our partners.
- Utilize data-driven reporting to track your KPIs, offer insights on market and competitive analysis, and contribute to the company’s growth in North America.
Future Hawks should:
- Have sales experience in the country's travel industry.
- Have B2B travel networks (agencies, tour operators, OTAs, etc.).
- Possess strong analytical skills, be outgoing, proactive, results-driven, and be a team player.
- Operate in an international, fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Be capable of working autonomously with a high level of accountability.
- Apply creative approaches to problem-solving.
- Be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages as a plus.
- Be ready for business trips (up to 50% of working time depending on the role).
- Have citizenship in the applied country.
