Jamil Neto

LinkedIn Regional Director LatAm

The sales team is a crucial part of our organization, closely collaborating to drive business growth.

Our main focus is identifying, capitalizing on, and nurturing new and existing business prospects within the B2B travel industry, engaging with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel management companies (TMC).

Our Latin America team currently comprises 77 members across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, and Chile, and is expanding rapidly.

While most team members are in sales, we also have dedicated local teams for HR, training, and operations. Additionally, our global team provides continuous support and they are always here to help.

What you will do:

  • Actively consolidate, expand, and promote our product in the LATAM market.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities, develop, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
  • Initiate and manage API deals to enhance product integration and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to foster mutual growth and cooperation.
  • Track KPIs, prepare, execute, and oversee commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, and provide detailed market reports, data, and competitive analysis.
